CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities, manage resources (materials, equipment), and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise, schedule, and direct construction workers and subcontractors provide training and guidance.
• Enforce health & safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure work meets standards and plans
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors report progress and issues.
• Develop project plans, monitor schedules, manage budgets, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
• Address on-site issues, troubleshoot delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Often requires a high school diploma, with associate's/bachelor's degrees preferred for higher roles
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to manage diverse teams and liaise with clients or architects.

• Maintain documentation and records

• Technical knowledge of construction methods and safety.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
