Construction site supervisors

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating workers and other contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Acts as the key point of contact on-site, enforcing safety rules and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

More than 5 years of site supervision experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site coordination

Ability to read drawings and manage site teams

Safety certifications (e.g., safety supervisor, formwork supervisor, etc) preferred

Good leadership and communication skills
