CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

• Monitoring progress, tracking milestones and addressing issues or delays proactively.
• Solar pannel & Undeground Piping works / Electrical
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors and labourers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conducting regular site visits to assess progress, quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules and change orders.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to mitigate construction project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and related equipment.
• Lay out, assemble, and connect electrical wiring systems for solar projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes.
• Perform underground piping works including trenching, laying conduits, and pulling electrical cables.
• Connect underground piping to distribution boards, inverters, and control panels.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair solar systems, cabling, and electrical circuits.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work plans.
• Ensure proper earthing, lightning protection, and safety measures are implemented.
• Follow safety protocols (WSH, electrical safety, and confined space safety) during all site activities.
• Prepare daily reports, record installation progress, and report issues to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to complete assigned projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar PV installation, electrical wiring, and underground piping works.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, conduits, and cable laying methods.
• Ability to operate power tools, testing instruments, and construction equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Team player with good communication skills.
