Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

1. Arrange the work schedule for workers and clock attendance for workers every day

2. Manages sub-contractors by monitoring work standards and progress

3. Responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

4. Control the quality /budget/site progress and update to construction managers on work progress

5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

6. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

7. Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.
