- Basic up to $2600 & Meal Allowance
- 5 days work week, include weekends/ PH
- Rotating shift Shift A: 7am to 430pm, Shift B: 1pm to 1030pm, Shift C: 10pm to 730am
- Location: West Coast
- Housing Apartment premise
Job Scope:
- Work closely with the Residence Manager to deliver professional and courteous guest service
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and tactfully
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered within three rings
- Perform cashiering duties in accordance with Standard Policies & Procedures
- Maintain positive guest relations and provide a warm, hospitable experience
- Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them efficiently escalate when necessary
- Prepare glitch reports and follow up on service recovery actions
- Ensure compliance with security, emergency, and fire safety procedures
- Promote and manage Safe Deposit Box (El-Safe) usage according to SOP
- Provide accurate information on residence facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain professional communication and teamwork with all departments
- Uphold high standards of personal grooming and maintain a neat work area
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
