Construction Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers every day, courting the salary at end of the month.

2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork.

3. Control the quality /budget/site progress.

4. Can work over time.

5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

6. Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and

neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.

7. Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in mergencies.

Requirement:

. Able to start work immediately or ASAP.
. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
. Can speak Mandarin and English.
