Job Summary
You will lead and supervise construction teams to deliver projects efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You will coordinate daily workforce activities, oversee site inspections, and manage resources to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to construction workers and accurately record their timecards to ensure timely payroll processing
- Collaborate with the main contractor to inspect rebar and formwork, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
- Monitor and control construction quality, budget, and site progress to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, maintaining a safe work environment
- Oversee construction projects by supervising teams, ordering building supplies, and scheduling equipment maintenance to support uninterrupted operations
- Train new construction employees to uphold quality and safety standards on site
- Administer first aid promptly and effectively during emergencies on construction sites
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid BSCC certification as a mandatory qualification for site safety and compliance
- Demonstrate working knowledge of construction tools and equipment to support site operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to guide project execution
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience to ensure practical expertise and leadership capability
- Availability to start work immediately or as soon as possible to meet project demands
