Site Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the construction site and ensuring that projects run smoothly. Here's a detailed list of responsibilities and duties for a Site Manager in Singapore:

  1. Project Coordination:Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing according to plan.
    Schedule and supervise daily construction activities and manage subcontractors.
  2. Site Supervision:Oversee and monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality standards and follows safety regulations.
    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
  3. Safety Management:Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are adhered to on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
    Conduct safety meetings and provide safety training to workers.
  4. Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure work is carried out to the required standards.
    Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
  5. Resource Management:Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor.
