Job Description

Overview project planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and to ensure project goals are aligned.
Manage project budgets, monitor operational costs, and ensure that financial risks are effectively managed.
Monitor and control project material delivery in accordance to schedule
Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure the project meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Guide the project management and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules
Excellent spoken and writtent communication skills
