Construction Site Manager

1. Report and assist Project Director (PD) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

2. Leading and mentoring a project team by setting guidelines and/or procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary.

3. Responsible for overall Project Management activities inclusive of overall planning and coordination of project from award of project, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards.

4. Assist PD in collations of project progress reports e.g. Monthly Report, VO Management, Project Progress Updates, etc.

5. Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors.

6. Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met.

7. Liaise with Client's Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractorsengaged on the project and attend regular meetings to ensure the progress is onschedule.

8. Resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems thatmay arise.

9. Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements.

10. Responsible for the effective management of project activities to ensure timely delivery, cost within budget, and low wastage.

11. Carry out regularinspections to ensure the project is completed in line with schedule, quality standards, client's specifications, and statutory requirements.

12. Perform any ad-hoc duties that are construction-related.

13. Comply with company policies, QEOHS policies, and Law of Singapore from time to time.
