CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals and maintain high performance standards
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution
• Apply deep knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health and safety standards to ensure compliance and quality
• Conduct morning briefings with workers and subcontractors to align daily objectives and safety protocols
• Perform site safety walks to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe working environment
• Review daily plans, schedules, and progress reports to monitor project status and drive timely completion
