About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Executive to join our project team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the daily operations of construction projects, with a focus on documentation, reporting, and site coordination. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable attending site regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day execution of project activities
- Prepare and manage project documentation including:
Risk assignments
Method statements
Meeting minutes
Piling reports
Submittals and submission documents - Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approvals
- Attend site visits and inspections as required
- Coordinate and follow up on documentation with relevant authorities or internal departments
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and standards
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction or site-based roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of construction documentation and reporting standards
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required
