Role Overview
Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety standards, and cost control across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop master program, budget, and manpower plan to meet contractual requirements.
Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and implement training.
Uphold quality standards, company policies, and ISO documentation.
Ideal Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years local experience in large-scale projects (residential, factory, office, or warehouse).
Proven track record as Project Manager in at least one major project.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
