CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
• Lead project bidding efforts, including preparing proposals and pricing strategies
• Represent the company in client-facing interviews and presentations
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare regular project reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in local construction project management
• Strong background in bidding processes and client presentations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
• PMP , BCCPE or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fluent in English
