CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution

. At least 5 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural and architectural works

. Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint

. Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements

. Good in contract administration and management

. Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities regulations

. Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative

Job Description:

. Planning and follow up action with reference to the master schedule, ensuring smooth daily operations.

. Develop, compile and deliver site progress reports

. Conducting sites Inspection and reviews at site on safety compliance and regulations

. Ensuring project are successfully completed within budget, on time and in accordance with the contract requirements.

. To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards
