Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities on-site
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Review drawings, contracts, and technical specifications
- Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely project completion
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in Singapore construction projects
- Familiarity with local authority regulations (e.g., BCA, MOM)
