Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, phases, and resource allocations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and track financial expenses.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure work meets local building codes, legal requirements, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of prior experience in the construction industry or junior project roles.
