CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts, curation of design intents, material selections, keeping abreast of innovative or creative design solutions.
• Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.
• Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations

Job requirements:

• Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills strong oral and written skills
• Require more than 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
