Construction Project Manager (M&E)

M&E background preferred

Managing projects from the concept to detailed design and through to implementation, testing and commissioning and handover stages

Coordinating, directing and managing the consultants and contractors through regular meetings

Monitoring consultants in the preparation of detailed design and documentation for tender. Coordinating the consultants in the evaluation and analysis of tender submissions.

Keeping track of submissions, monitoring and reporting on construction progress

Inspecting completed works for compliance, inspecting completed defects for handover

Monitoring authorities submissions, clearances and necessary approval for construction and occupation

Ensure proper project documentation for ongoing works, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are properly managed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design, construction, M&E or safety management.
• Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree.
• The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
