Manage projects from concept to detailed design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
Coordinate, direct, and manage consultants and contractors through regular meetings.
Monitor consultants in preparing detailed designs and tender documentation.
Coordinate and support the evaluation and analysis of tender submissions.
Track project submissions, monitor progress, and prepare construction progress reports.
Inspect completed works for compliance and oversee defect rectification prior to handover.
Monitor and ensure timely submissions, clearances, and approvals from relevant authorities.
Maintain proper documentation of ongoing works, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or other related disciplines.
Degree must be recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA) or Professional Engineers Board (PEB), or Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in design, construction, M&E, or safety management.
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
