We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including safety, quality, schedule, budget, stakeholder management, and contract administration.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex construction projects within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, semiconductor, or data center environments and possess strong leadership, technical, and commercial management capabilities.
Key Responsibilitie
sProject Management & Deliver
- yLead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- .Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- .Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- .Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- .Drive project milestones and manage critical path activities to achieve successful project outcomes
.Stakeholder Managemen
- tAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- .Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- .Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination workshops
- .Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management and clients
.Construction Managemen
- tCoordinate site construction activities with construction managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- .Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
- .Review construction methodologies and identify opportunities for improved project delivery
- .Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities
.Commercial & Contract Managemen
- tManage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance
- .Monitor variations, claims, procurement activities, and contract compliance
- .Review and negotiate commercial matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- .Support risk management and mitigation strategies to protect project objectives
.Planning & Control
- sWork closely with planning and project controls teams to monitor project progress and schedule performance
- .Review project schedules and identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities
- .Ensure accurate project reporting and forecasting
- .Track project KPIs and performance metrics
.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE
- )Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across project teams
- .Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company HSE standards
- .Support site safety initiatives, audits, inspections, and risk management activities
- .Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with project safety requirements
.Quality Managemen
- tEnsure all project deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and client quality requirements
