Seek an experienced Project Director to lead building project, with a strong focus on public housing developments under the Housing & Development Board (HDB).

This role is responsible for driving project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as the key interface with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HDB / building projects, ensuring alignment with approved plans, budget, and schedule
• Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Oversee project cost, contracts, and variation management
• Drive project progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Ministry of Manpower (WSH) standards
• Uphold quality standards and ensure successful project handover
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve operational excellence
• Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
