Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out painting work, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing across rooms, corridors, and other shared spaces.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that building facilities and common areas are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Carry out minor repairs / trouble shooting works
Respond promptly to residents maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Able to carry out works (e.g. painting, carpentry work etc. when necessary)
Maintain tools and work areas in good condition, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team
