Construction Painter

Job Description:

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, priming)
• Apply paint, coating, and finishing to walls, ceilings, metal, and structures
• Carry out painting works at construction sites, including high-rise buildings
• Ensure quality finishing and compliance with project requirements
• Follow site safety procedures and company SOP
• Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant painting experience in construction industry
• Able to work at height
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environment
• Familiar with use of scaffolding, ladders, gondola, or boom lift
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
• Able to follow instructions and work as a team
