Project Cost. Monitor cost throughout the project, identifying savings, managing risks, optimizing resources, and suggesting budget adjustments for cost control and profitability
Quality Control Management. Manages the implementation of quality control systems and procedures across projects or departments by developing quality assurance plans and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
Technical Inspection. Plan, schedule and conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements and review inspection reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
Workplace Safety and Health Framework Development and Implementation
Manages the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks by ensuring compliance with WSH Act (Construction). Conducts regular safety inspections and coordinates with stakeholders to address safety concerns effectively.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision
Certifications: CSCPM, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
