Report and assist Project Director (PD) or Project Manager on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
Responsible for construction planning, scheduling and tracking of projects, as well as co-ordination with consultants, contractor & supplier.
Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals or objectives, coordinating activities with other Contractors.
Supervise and monitoring the site labor force and monitor the work of Contractors including resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Monitor drawings and quantities to ensure that the details and information are accurate for the implementation including material wastages
Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
Attend regular meetings with Client's Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
Monitor closely on construction rate and construction cost and to submit regular progress reports with recommendations for improvement, if required.
Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
