Construction Manager

Job Description

• Prepare documentation required for the project
• Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance
• Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works
• Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site
• Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit reports as required
• Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities
• Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required
• Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline
• Min 10 years of working experience in construction industry
• Good project management, communication and good leadership
• Good leadership and organizing abilities
