Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinating activities with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage the construction phase by supporting the preparation of contractual documents for approvals and submissions.
• Identify project construction requirements based on size, scope, and timeline while applying established policies and procedures.
• Assess progress reports in relation to contractual terms, managing time, cost, and quality effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and record incidents as necessary.
• Verify technical documentation for project handover, ensuring alignment with regulatory and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing new developments and implementing risk management plans.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant practical experience, with at least 5 years in Building Projects and Construction Management.
• Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills, demonstrating a positive work attitude and attention to detail.
