CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

About the role

SNT Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects in the Singapore area. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies
• Coordinating and supervising the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols and quality standards
• Arranging construction site jobs daily
• Reading construction drawing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site coordinator or site manager in the Singapore construction industry (residential building work)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials , M & E and equipment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of relevant construction regulations and safety requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Skill in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
