Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

. Plan construction of shaft, substation and building and other construction activities.

. Attend daily and other ad-hoc meetings with client to update on site progress.

. Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.

. Monitor and track site progress and coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.

. Manage the Civil Construction- Earthwork, Concrete and Steel Structures, Diaphragm walls, Earth Anchor, Piling, Girder etc activities.

. Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

. A Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board / Resident Engineer accepted qualifications.

. Minimum 10 yrs of engineering experience

. At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work

. CRL Project (LTA) in Ayer Rajah
