Construction Manager

Oversee Production Operations: Manage and coordinate all cut and bend activities to ensure steel reinforcement products are produced efficiently, accurately, and safely according to project specifications.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality control measures, including checking dimensions, tolerances, and bending accuracy to meet engineering and project standards.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to meet delivery deadlines and maximize productivity.

Equipment Management: Ensure all cutting, bending, and related machinery are properly maintained, calibrated, and operated safely, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.

Reporting and Compliance: Prepare production reports, track inventory usage, and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
