Oversee and manage overall construction activities to ensure project delivery in terms of quality, cost, schedule, safety and environmental requirements
Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP), and construction drawings
Coordinate construction interfaces and resolve site-related issues
Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedule
Plan, manage and coordinate manpower and site resources
Ensure subcontractors perform works in accordance with contract requirements
Develop and review risk assessments and mitigation measures
Validate construction processes and documentation
Prepare and present progress reports, monthly reports and management reports
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders on project matters
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in construction management
Experience in infrastructure / railway / tunnel projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams
Familiar with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
