We are seeking a Risk Management Facilitator to support safety and risk management for our construction project in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
. Ensure that all safety and risk management practices are in compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and hazard identification activities.
. Support and review Design for Safety (DFS) implementation throughout design and construction stages.
. Review construction processes and identify potential risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
. Facilitate site inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with established procedures.
. Prepare and maintain quality and safety reports.
. Participate in and contribute to regular project meetings on safety and risk management matters.
. Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of risk control measures.
Requirements:
. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or relevant authority.
. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
. At least 5 years of experience in design, including involvement in design development and preparation of specifications.
. Experience in railway or tunnel projects is required.
. Must have attended and passed the Design for Safety (DFS) Professional Course or equivalent.
. Strong knowledge and experience in hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies.
. Well versed in construction supervision of structural works.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect with valid practicing certificate.
. Degree recognised by PEB, BOA, SISV or SPM.
