Managing the construction project activities, budget and resources in order to meet the construction timeline without compromising quality and safety
Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers
Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meeting and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters
Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
Conducts meetings to monitor site job progress and resolve all technical and site problems
Ensures that all construction documentation is filed and maintained according to the Project requirements
Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements
Solve issues with the site engineers that arises in the construction sites
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of project as required by Project Managers
Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
Experienced in handling multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staffs
More than 8 years of project management experience in related field
Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
