Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Engineers and PM on the progress of the project.
Ensure the safety on the area that you are in charge with the assistant from the safety department.
Supervise the subcontractor work to make sure that the method and material use is approved.
Attend progress meeting, coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
Site work inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
A Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing on-site construction activities. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer serves as the technical point of contact between design and construction teams and ensures compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals on site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
Provide technical advice and quality control for construction work.
Prepare reports, site diaries, and progress updates.
Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications.
Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities as needed.
