Our client is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to oversee residential properties across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of common areas, facilities, and equipment, plan preventive maintenance and improve works.
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents, on all inquiries, feedback and report on correspondence.
- Uphold compliance with MCST by-laws, safety requirements, and all applicable statutory and regulatory standards.
- Oversee financial administration and annual budget planning, maintaining strong fiscal discipline and a forward-looking approach to financial management.
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the residential development, including supervision of maintenance activities and facilities management services.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities/ Property Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of hand-on experience in managing residential property - 400 units and above.
- Strong intercommunication skills with solution-oriented mindset, resourceful and independence.
- Able to build good relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in MS office and property management software.
