Our client is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to lead the management and operational excellence of residential properties across multiple locations, ensuring compliance, resident satisfaction, and financial stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maintenance operations of common areas, facilities, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance property longevity and reduce downtime
- Act as the primary liaison for residents by managing inquiries, addressing feedback, and reporting correspondence to maintain strong community relations
- Ensure strict compliance with MCST by-laws, safety requirements, and all applicable statutory and regulatory standards to uphold legal and operational integrity
- Oversee financial administration, including annual budget planning, applying fiscal discipline and strategic financial management to support sustainable property operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential developments, supervising maintenance activities and facilities management services to deliver seamless estate operations
- Utilize property management software and MS Office tools to monitor, report, and optimize property management processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing residential properties of 400 units or more
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, applying a solution-oriented mindset to resolve issues independently
- Proven capability to build and maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels
