Seeking a Membership Executive to manage member services, reservations, and events while delivering premium customer experiences in a luxury environment.
Job Duties
- Process new membership applications, update records, and ensure compliance with policies while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Communicate with members on policies, events, promotions, and offerings through newsletters, invitations, and reminders.
- Assist members with special requests, including reservations, private events, and tailored recommendations.
- Address member concerns and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage membership fee collection, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Promote member-exclusive events and engagement initiatives through targeted communications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and encourage participation in club activities.
- Manage reservations for dining, events, and facilities, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Maintain detailed records of member interactions, statuses, and guest visits.
- Ensure concierge and service areas reflect high standards of luxury, comfort, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, travel (airlines), or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, independent, and proactive.
- Prior work experience in Singapore and/or APAC markets is essential.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge and experience in the luxury lifestyle industry is an advantage.
