The Ritz-Carlton Club Concierge (Executive Lounge)

Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly. Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed. Complete opening and closing duties. Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Document pertinent information in department logbook. Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

Reporting to The Ritz-Carlton Club Manager, the Club Concierge is responsible for providing information to guests enquiries and coordinating all guests request for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently. The Club Concierge escorts guest to assigned guests rooms, informing guest of privileges and facilities in Club, hotel services, features, room amenities, as well as, attend to immediate needs of guests upon arrival and follow through with special attention throughout their stay.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of all hotel features/services and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure F&B presentations are set on a timely manner co-ordinate with various kitchens and ensure sufficient orders are made and available for guest consumption.
• Meet VIPs upon arrival at the Driveway/Assigned Floor and escort them to their assigned room. Inform guests of hotel services/features and room amenities. Extend assistance before departing
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures such as, but not limited to, miscellaneous charges, traveler's checks, drop receipts

The Ideal Candidate:

• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel with knowledge of OPERA/MASHA is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shift
