• Office Location: Jurong East Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $5000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Conduct regular inspections of waste management facilities, equipment, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement waste management plans, policies, and procedures to minimize waste and promote recycling.

• Review and analyze waste data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and lab) to ensure compliance with NEA requirements and train staff on proper waste handling.

• Maintain records of waste management activities, including permits, inspections, and reports, and liaise with regulatory agencies.

• Participate in environmental audits, implement corrective actions, and stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in in environmental science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager
• Attended updated safety and environment courses
• Strong knowledge in legal requirements and controls
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
