• Office Location: Jurong East Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $7000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Lead safety initiatives, enforce zero-harm policies, conduct audits, incident investigations, and deliver regular safety briefings.

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all plant operations in line with EHS regulations and industry standards.

• Oversee daily plant operations, managing throughput to meet waste processing targets while minimizing downtime.

• Coordinate maintenance programs and provide technical troubleshooting support for waste treatment equipment.

• Manage resources and workforce, including shift schedules, manpower allocation, and availability of chemicals, tools, and spare parts.

• Drive training, performance development, process optimization, and continuous improvement, including implementing 5S standards and evaluating new technologies or equipment upgrades.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in waste treatment or industrial plant operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment systems, along with specialized waste equipment.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
