Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing corporate compliance matters across multiple group entities
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore and relevant jurisdictions (including Dubai)
• Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and filings
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and corporate secretarial firms
• Support in preparation and filing of annual returns, resolutions, and board documentation
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements
• Assist in corporate governance practices and internal compliance frameworks
• Provide support on ad-hoc compliance and corporate secretarial matters

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
• Qualified or pursuing Company Secretary / Chartered Secretary (ICSA or equivalent)
• 4-5 years of experience in corporate compliance or company secretarial functions
• Familiarity with Singapore corporate regulations (knowledge of UAE/Dubai regulations is a plus)
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
