Compliance & Legal Executive

Compliance, Claims & Advisory

• Provide compliance support and general guidance on property-related matters to salespersons.

• Support the Company's representation in Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) matters, subject to appropriate authorisation.

• Participate in mediation proceedings relating to commission and other business disputes.

• Manage AML-related enquiries, compliance checks, audit requirements and subsequent follow-up actions.

• Assist in identifying and addressing compliance issues and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.

Stakeholder & Enquiry Management

• Manage enquiries, feedback and service-related matters raised by salespersons and clients.

• Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries professionally and ensure matters are directed to the appropriate parties where necessary.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant parties to facilitate timely responses and resolution.

Documentation & Departmental Support

• Draft and review legal, compliance and business-related documents within the scope of the role.

• Maintain accurate records relating to compliance reviews, claims, mediation and other relevant matters.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the department.

• Undertake other relevant duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
