Compliance Executive

Provide general compliance guidance on property-related matters to salespersons.

Represent the company in claims matters before the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT).

Attend mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.

Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, conduct audit checks, and follow up on compliance matters.

Manage enquiries and feedback from salespersons and clients.

Attend to walk-in visitors and telephone enquiries.

Draft legal and compliance-related documents.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
