Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to provide dedicated driving services to the Company Director and, when required, to VIPs, clients, or guests as assigned by the Director. The driver will operate at the direction and discretion of the Director, ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transportation at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chauffeur services primarily for the Company Director
- Provide driving services for VIPs, clients, and guests of the company as instructed by the Director
- Operate the vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times
- Be available to drive at the pleasure and schedule of the Director, including evenings, weekends, and ad hoc assignments
- Ensure punctuality and readiness for all assigned trips
- Plan routes efficiently, taking into account traffic, weather, and time constraints
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters involving the Director, VIPs, and company operations
- Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, maintenance condition)
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and inspections when required
- Assist with basic errands or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with clean driving record
- Proven experience as a personal or company driver preferred
- Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic regulations, and navigation apps
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
- Good attitude, well-groomed, and respectful
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, especially when handling VIPs and clients
Working Hours & Conditions
- Working hours are subject to the Director's schedule
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
- Rest days may vary depending on work requirements
