Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Manager (Crypto) to drive user engagement, retention, and conversion across private community channels. You will maintain a healthy community environment, support user segmentation, and provide insights on community sentiment and user concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily engagement across private community channels to boost user activity, retention, and conversion.
  • Design and optimize user journeys from public channels and campaigns to private communities to improve onboarding, registration, and funding conversion.
  • Segment users by profiles, behaviors, and needs to support tailored engagement strategies for diverse user groups.
  • Plan and execute community activities such as AMAs, topic discussions, and campaigns to sustain participation.
  • Monitor community sentiment to identify emerging concerns or negative feedback and escalate issues promptly.
  • Provide regular reports analyzing community trends, user feedback, engagement patterns, and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to support community growth and enhance services.
  • Maintain community SOPs and operational processes for onboarding, engagement, escalation, and user follow-up.
  • Read and respond to Chinese-language community content as needed to support engagement and review discussions across Chinese-language channels, ensuring effective communication within multilingual communities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in community management, community operations, customer engagement or retention marketing, preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech or digital platform environments.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain or digital asset markets, with a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Good understanding of online community dynamics, user engagement and user retention strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle user feedback professionally and calmly.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify user segments, community trends and emerging issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
