About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Community Manager to lead the strategic development of our community ecosystem. This role is designed for a leader who can define clear content standards, build scalable systems, and position the community as a core pillar of the product experience.
This position focuses on long-term strategy, governance, and community quality. The successful candidate will establish a strong vision for community engagement, ensure consistent content standards, and build frameworks that support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain high content quality standards across community platforms
- Lead the long-term community strategy aligned with business and product goals
- Develop scalable editorial and governance frameworks
- Create and execute a 12-month community roadmap with measurable objectives
- Mentor moderators, contributors, and junior team members
- Collaborate with product, content, and leadership teams to integrate community insights
- Report on community performance, engagement metrics, and strategic insights
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, content leadership, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-quality online communities
- Strong written communication and editorial judgment
- Ability to articulate and implement a clear vision for community content standards
- Experience presenting strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Proven ability to design systems, processes, and frameworks that scale
