About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Community Manager to lead the strategic development of our community ecosystem. This role is designed for a leader who can define clear content standards, build scalable systems, and position the community as a core pillar of the product experience.

This position focuses on long-term strategy, governance, and community quality. The successful candidate will establish a strong vision for community engagement, ensure consistent content standards, and build frameworks that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain high content quality standards across community platforms
  • Lead the long-term community strategy aligned with business and product goals
  • Develop scalable editorial and governance frameworks
  • Create and execute a 12-month community roadmap with measurable objectives
  • Mentor moderators, contributors, and junior team members
  • Collaborate with product, content, and leadership teams to integrate community insights
  • Report on community performance, engagement metrics, and strategic insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, content leadership, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-quality online communities
  • Strong written communication and editorial judgment
  • Ability to articulate and implement a clear vision for community content standards
  • Experience presenting strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design systems, processes, and frameworks that scale
