Salary: up to $5500 per month

Job Scope:
- Support in engaging and building relationships with stakeholders such as venue owners, organisations and partner agencies to expand the programme's reach and impact
- Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to identifying, securing, and procuring venues, logistics, and coordinating programmes
- Work closely with internal teams and community stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive publicity strategies
- Design and implement data collection
- Conduct community engagements and surveys
- Foster strong working relationships with government agencies and community partners to enhance programme outcomes
- Handle procurement and put up Statements of Accounts (SOAs) for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Monitor and track performance of programme, assess programme effectiveness via feedback mechanisms, identify areas for improvement, and respond to community needs and preferences
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in related fields
