Community Care Associate (Active Ageing Centre)

Creating Enjoyable Experiences

. Supporting group activities that help seniors stay active mentally, socially, and physically

. Encouraging participation and making every senior feel included and valued

. Assisting with simple health checks under supervision

Building Relationships

. Engage seniors with warmth and patience

. Offer friendly support to those with mild mobility or cognitive needs

. Be a familiar, trusted presence in the centre

Ensuring Smooth Centre Operations

. Maintain an organised, safe, and welcoming environment

. Support daily operational routines and emergency preparedness

. Work closely with volunteers and staff to ensure programmes run efficiently

Providing Strong Administrative Support

. Handle programme documentation, attendance tracking, and basic reporting

. Manage inventory, materials, and simple logistics
. Support volunteer coordination and administrative tasks

. Use digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Canva to support centre operations
